“Chef Casey and the team pulled off an extraordinary event. Where do I even begin ... you guys were so easy to plan with. The food was delicious - guests are still texting me about that cake. We picked up the extra food the next morning and just stood over the trays eating the cold tuna because it was so freaking delicious.  Every single member of your staff was super friendly and helpful. When I asked them to move bottles of liquor from one bar to another, they did so. It was obvious that everyone was working hard to make my microwedding a success. I believe her name was Sue, grabbed some florals from a table to put on the cake - and there were a ton of magnificent, little touches like that all night. Your bartenders were slinging drinks, pouring shots, and everyone was so professional. I appreciate that Casey went to the farm beforehand to scout it out”.
